As Director of Operations, Kuralay is a senior investment banker with multiple years of mergers and acquisitions execution experience, who also works directly with the CEO to ensure seamless execution and management of the transaction process and the effective marketing of the assignments to our proprietary global network. She is a lead researcher for Blaige Industry Analytics (BIA), the market research analytics and benchmarking arm of Blaige & Company. She is also actively involved in business development and CRM/worldwide database development and maintenance. She participates on the communications committee of the highly esteemed Plastics Hall of Fame organization. 

Kuralay previously worked as data analyst at a leading research organization in CIS region. Kuralay is an Illinois licensed Certified Public Accountant, speaks multiple languages and holds Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from The Richard Dreihaus College of Business, DePaul University, and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from  KIMEP University, Kazakhstan, and at Hanyang University, South Korea.
