As Director of Execution, Rich is a senior investment banker with multiple years of mergers and acquisitions and consulting experience. Rich works closely with the CEO in effectively managing the sale process from preparation of confidential memoranda to the management of dataroom and due diligence processes.  At Blaige Industry Analytics, Rich leads the tracking and analysis of major headline transactions and trends within the Blaige sectors of focus.

He previously worked in the consulting group of a large multinational public accounting firm in Chicago.  Rich is an Illinois licensed Certified Public Accountant, speaks conversational Mandarin and holds Master of Business Administration degree from China Europe International Business School (Shanghai) and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
