Exhibitor interview: Taiwan Knives Co., Ltd

In this interview, we got the opportunity to talk to Kevin Chang, Deputy G.M. from Taiwan Knives Co., Ltd.

Taiwan Knives supply machine knives for the plastics recycling industry. Different solutions could be provided between solid knives and Inlay knives, and they are on hand to make sure customers choose the best solution for their machine. . Especially in recycling, inlay knives could offer better performance.

What do you think sets your company apart from your competitors?

We began in 1980, so we have 43 years’ experience in producing knives. We offer many different customizations for solid knives and inlay knives, which leads to much more creative solutions. Especially in recycling PET, films wire, our product has already had good feedback from the market.

And now there are two factories, one located in Taiwan and the other located in China, meaning we have even greater capabilities to meet customer demands.

What are the biggest challenges facing the industry today and how can this be overcome?

New materials are being developed all the time, whether for production creation or recycling, they both need to be cut efficiently. Blades must be more and more durable, but the production cost of blades must be controlled within an economical range. We must offer high cost performance ratio products.

What are you most looking forward to at this years’ show?

We hope to communicate with users, discover problems, and find business opportunities at the exhibition.
