Kola Ayinuola is a Manager of Material Science for Advanced Drainage Systems, ADS. In this role, he is responsible for near- and long-term material science strategy for polyethylene materials, both virgin and recycled streams used in ADS pipes. Kola also leads the development of new additive technologies to improve the processing of recycled materials.

He has held positions at Sealed Air Corporation and Indorama Ventures PCL, where he leveraged design thinking, chemistry fundamentals, and Six Sigma/statistical tools to develop new product technologies for various applications.

Kola holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, where he developed new and efficient ways of making organic molecules commonly found in pharmaceuticals and pesticides.
