Kevin Copher is the Vice President of Engineering and Product Development for Blue Diamond Industries, LLC (A Hexatronic Group Company).  Blue Diamond Industries is a leading conduit, innerduct, and Microduct manufacturer headquartered in Lexington, KY. Kevin joined Blue Diamond Industries in 2019.  With 25 years of experience and a continuous improvement approach Kevin has been instrumental in the growth of Blue Diamond Industries. Kevin has been the champion of capital investments for Blue Diamond Industries, most notable of which are three new Manufacturing facilities (Aubrey TX, Clinton SC, Ogden UT) along with numerous equipment, existing facility and process upgrades. Kevin holds a BS degree in Engineering Physics from Morehead State University and several manufacturing certifications including Six Sigma Black Belt.  Kevin currently resides in Winchester, KY with his wife and 3 sons. He enjoys all forms of motorsports and outdoor activities.
