Emily Williams serves as the Innovation and Sustainability Partnerships Leader at TC Transcontinental Packaging. Prior to joining TC, Emily held product development and market management roles for a coatings supplier where she worked with water-based coatings for film and paper packaging for recyclable, repulpable, and compostable applications.

She has been a panelist and speaker at numerous industry conferences including Roll2Roll, SPC Impact, Papercon, and Sustainability in Packaging US. Emily is actively involved as a committee member in several industry groups including the Sustainable Packaging Coalition, AMERIPEN, and the Flexible Packaging Association.

Emily holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
