Cheryl Sayer is Chief Technology Officer and VP of Engineering at Xaloy, with global responsibility for leading strategic and tactical engineering activities, including innovation, development, and implementation of new commercially viable products or technologies. Her expertise also includes application development engineering, laboratory testing, and driving sustainable improvement of processes to serve our customers better. With over two decades of experience in the industry, she has worked with TRW Automotive, Pall Life Sciences, Kortec, Milacron, and most recently at MoldMasters as Global Director of Engineering R&D and Production.

She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MS in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and an MBA from Western Governors University. Cheryl is also a University of Massachusetts Plastics Engineering Advisory Board member.
